Does anyone know what it takes to get customer service to repond? Gilt sent me the wrong item (completely just the wrong item, not what I ordered). It was non-returnable, so I can't just click and get a return label. I wrote to customer service about it last Monday. I wrote again on Wednesday or Thursday. I wrote again on Friday. I have had no response. Zero. Zilch. Gilt requires we return an item in a short 14 days, but 8 days later they haven't even had the courtesy to reply to an email. I'm sorry to clog up the blog with unrelated matters, but I have no idea how to get them to reply so that I can return this item without having to pay shipping myself (or adding another hunk to my credits). Any suggestions?
