Today marks a new record here at Gilt: We shot 96 pieces of clothing! That’s 288 pictures for one of our most anticipated sales, Phillip Lim 3.1 for women. This was such a big sale that it took us two days to shoot the whole collection, but we did our best to make the long days fun. Our model, Anca from Romania, was so fun to work with, joking around and doing goofy poses with us. She even gave us a preview of the music she listens to in Romania, twirling around the studio and making Lim's dresses float and flip in the air. She looked gorgeous in Lim's rich palette of bright yellows, warm pinks and metallic purples. Even after 96 shoots, Anca was still twirling!
