Getting motivated to squeeze in a workout is hard enough—now throw in looking cute as well. We caught up with Fabletics Chief Stylist Ginger Ressler to provide a heavy dose of #fitspo just in time for our sale launching on today at 12pm ET. She’s sharing her favorite tips to ensure you look gym-to-chic—without any wardrobe changes required.
Style Tip No.1: Plan Ahead: “An easy way to look pulled together after working out is packing transitional pieces into your gym bag,” shares Ressler. “Plan ahead the night before by laying out your workout look to see what can transition throughout your day. Pair our ‘Ramla’ vest over a printed workout tank—one a little longer in length—to allow a bit of the pattern peek out of the vest.”
Style Tip No. 2: Play with Patterns: “Using patterns and pops of color to streamline your look can help you create an easy post-workout grocery run outfit,” says Ressler. “Chose a patterned sports bra, like the ‘Doon’ sports bra in mosaic print, and coordinate it with a bottom that uses the same print, like the zipper leggings. Wear a neutral workout tank, like the ‘Oula’ tank in dark grey, for the gym but swap out the tank for the ‘Scoop’ tee, which is just sheer enough to show off the print.”
Style Tip No. 3: “The great thing about the athleisure trend is that you can often take your leggings from the gym to the office by adding a few key pieces,” shares Ressler.“The ‘Salar’ leggings in raspberry Taos print can be dressed up with a great black tee, a black boyfriend blazer, and pumps. [For fall] add a long black coat and booties.”
