Talk about a match made in lingerie heaven: Agent Provocateur’s playfully sultry diffusion line, L’Agent by Agent Provocateur (on Gilt today at noon ET), is co-designed by the ultra-sexy Spanish sisters Penelope and Monica Cruz, alongside AP’s creative director Sarah Shotton. “I’ve always loved Agent Provocateur — you could say I was a bit of a collector,” says Oscar-winning actress Penelope. “And I feel like this brand is very representative of us, as we have been a part of the process from the initial stages.”
From lace bras to satin chemises, it’s important to the Cruz sisters that the pieces can be worn by women of all shapes, sizes, and ages, which Sarah feels they achieve with every collection. “The price point is lower (pieces start at $19 on Gilt) and the line is more everyday lingerie, but it still has that sexy, cheeky feel that is very much in the DNA of Agent Provocateur,” says Sarah, who added that she loves working with the sisters, who are “so passionate about the line and so involved. We have a lot of fun designing together.”

Getting your start in the family business isn’t exactly the road less traveled — unless that family is the legendary jewelry dynasty known as Bulgari. Marina Bulgari, granddaughter of founder Sottiro Bulgari, designed under the Italian brand for years after graduating college, but launched her own namesake line in the late ’70s, leaving her heritage mark to just a single initial. The Roman-born designer’s strikingly colorful gems — available for the first time today on Gilt — soon caught the eye of the international jet set, and were a favorite of Hollywood icons like Elizabeth Taylor, Sophia Loren, and Princess Grace. Today’s A-listers are equally charmed by the bold, sculptural designs: See how celeb devotees like Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, and Amy Adams wear Marina B, and get the look for yourself with a stunning, heirloom-worthy piece from our sale, starting tonight at 9pm ET.
