Wondering what’s hot for next fall? The editors at Gilt.com headed backstage to get the scoop on the coolest beauty trends from the biggest designers. But no need to scour the web for inspiration, we’ve rounded four of the best looks we know you’ll love! Trust us, you won’t want to wait until fall to test these out.

The choice word to describe a few hairstyles was “beanie hair.” Think of an imperfect halo of strands that looks cool without looking too disheveled. “The kate spade girl looks like she’s just come home from a long winter walk in the woods,” shares Bob Recine for Fekkai. “Her hair looks effortless, easy and a bit disturbed.” We love the realness tied into this style because brushing at your desk or at brunch is so passé.

Georgina Chapman & Keren Craig Share The Inspiration Behind Marchesa Voyage

Marchesa may be best known for killer red carpet moments–it’s practically an initiation ritual for a Best Actress nominee to have a spotlight moment in one of their ultra-glamorous confections–but it turns out co-founders Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig know a thing or two about jet set style, too. Their new contemporary line, Marchesa Voyage, hits Gilt today for the first time, and we chatted with the duo about their inspiration and personal travel wardrobe habits.

StyleFile: You’re so well known for red carpet elegance–how did you translate that aesthetic to a contemporary collection? Any signature elements that were essential to carry over?
Georgina Chapman: We wanted Marchesa Voyage to capture the spirit of elegance and glamour of our brand, just in a more relaxed way that made sense for everyday wear.  It was important for the line to have a seasonless feeling and I think the collection really lends itself to a woman who wants pieces that are truly special and unique.
Keren Craig: It was exciting to have the opportunity to translate the Marchesa aesthetic into a daywear collection. For us, it was important to incorporate signature design elements like custom prints and unique embellishments.
