Like most of Hollywood, we’re pretty obsessed with the results Tracy Anderson delivers (have you seen Gwyneth Paltrow‘s legs lately?) and wanted to know more about the dedicated trainer to the stars. So while leading a detox week in Hawaii, she took a quick break to chat with Gilt.
Anderson’s #1 indulgence? “Chocolate!” (We’re a little relieved to know she has a weakness for sweets, too.) She also revealed that her favorite kicks are Nike Shox, her hair and makeup maestro is on The Rachel Zoe Project, and when asked if she’s ever snuck into a spin class to try it out, she answered: “Never!”
