After acquiring an old radio (made anywhere between 1920 and 1970), this Brooklyn-based company takes it apart, cleans it, refinishes it, and then rewires the entire thing with brand-new components. Finally, they test it out to ensure the sound is good, and that it will last another lifetime. All of the radios are converted to play your iPods and MP3s.
Here, what’s old is new again: 3rian’s stylish music players effortlessly combine retro and right-now. These restored antique radios use their original tubes to play Mp3s, for a warm vintage sound. And all are built with a universal Mp3 line-in jack on the back of each radio, so they’ll work with pretty much any audio device.
