After more than two decades designing women's clothing for his signature brand, ABS by Allen Schwartz, L.A.-based fashion designer Allen Schwartz has developed a reputation for near-clairvoyance in predicting the next big thing in ready-to-wear. The Brooklyn-born Schwartz uses vivid colors and original statement prints to inject an element of California cool into his evening dresses, swimwear, jewelry, and premium denim for work and play. For little girls, Schwartz has designed a collection of chic party dresses made from luxe fabrics such as striped cotton sateen and abstract-print chiffon. Embellished with bows, knots, and beaded details, Schwartz's fancy frocks fit girls sizes seven to 14.
