Anouk Krueger started out as a purveyor of hip, carefully-sourced gear, carrying the lines of local designers in her cheery Malibu boutique. Now, the store’s always-inspiring roster has been joined by Krueger’s own rough-hewn collection of footwear. Her sturdy lug- and wood-soled leather boots are often inspired by global classics, such as the Carmen, a riff on the classic Portuguese riding boot, and the Blanche, inspired by polo boots. Made only from the supplest leathers, Anouks come in a selection of earthy, classic shades like black, tan, and deep burgundy.
