In designing his stunning “modern-vintage” jewelry, Anton Heunis draws inspiration from two main sources: his memories of his grandmother’s dressing table, and images of Hollywood icons such as Grace Kelly. Based in Madrid, Heunis founded his company out of his modest apartment and grew it into an internationally successful business celebrated in the pages of Vogue, Elle, and other fashion magazines. Heunis’ designs emphasize chunky precious stones and bold metalwork: The futuristic Blade Runner collection, for example, includes daring bracelets and necklaces accented with angular stones, piercing metal points, and heavy chain-link. The exquisite Anthony and Cleopatra collection features brilliant turquoise and glittering precious stones set in heavy gold and silver.
