Anzie Stein founded Anzie Jewelry while shuttling back and forth between Montreal, New York City and L.A. to accompany her husband as he underwent treatment for colorectal cancer. After spending much of her downtime browsing through boutiques, Stein was inspired to sell jewelry to raise money for cancer awareness efforts. She and her daughter Jaclyn sought out high-quality colored gemstones and created the multi-colored Lifesaver bracelet, which remains a best-seller as well as a philanthropic tool. Since its launch in 1999, Anzie Jewelry has expanded to include initial pendants, rings made with conflict-free gemstones, freshwater pearl necklaces, and more exotic items such as bouquet cuff bracelets made of lapis and turquoise.
