Harvested by only 11 fishing boats, these lobsters come from deep waters in the North Atlantic where the combination of a cold, deep waters and a warm undercurrent give these lobsters their unique flavor.
Here’s what you get:
Four 1.25 lb live Fourchu lobsters
Lobsters will be sent for overnight delivery
Lobsters will stay alive approximately 8-12 hours after arrival
Store in a cool, wet, damp environment, preferably refrigerated
