Athena Cosmetics founder Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff first developed RevitaLash eyelash enhancer so that his wife, a breast cancer survivor, could restore her lashes from the ravages of chemotherapy. Since then, RevitaLash has become a favorite among celebs and beauty aficionados alike for its ability to strengthen, fortify and enrich otherwise sparse or brittle lashes. The label's product line includes a full suite of eye makeup products (volumizing mascara, primer, eyeliner, eyebrow enhancer) as well as hair conditioner to boost dull tresses. Brinkenhoff, a California-based ophthalmologist, continues to honor his wife's health struggles by donating a percentage of all RevitaLash sales to breast cancer research and other philanthropic efforts.
