Founded in 1919, B.D. Baggies first won renown for its chamois-soft, pre-washed men’s dress shirts. In 2010, label owner W.P. Lavori — the Italian firm responsible for bringing Americana auteurs Daiki Suzuki and Mark McNairy to Woolrich Woolen Mills — relaunched B.D. Baggies with a collection headed up by lead designer/creative director David Mullen, formerly of the cult menswear label Save Khaki.
