Beirn is a family affair. Founded in 2007 by Rita Overzat and her daughters, Ali Trier and Jenna Overzat, this New York-based luxury handbag label started off with a few snakeskin bags the trio designed for themselves after vacationing in Indonesia. Friends and strangers loved the bags, and Beirn (pronounced “burn”) was born — offering the iconic Jenna hobo bag in its first collection. Today Beirn's line of handbags and accessories includes totes, envelope clutch bags, belts, shoes, wallets, and hairbands made from exotic animal skins as well as suede and batik.
