Bloch has always looked to ballet dancers and their elegant art form for inspiration. Founded by shoe maker Jacob Bloch, this Australian footwear company has outfitted ballerinas worldwide in stylish dance shoes and sneakers, leotards, and accessories since 1932. Bloch’s street footwear line includes ballet flats for women and girls and — for the littlest ladies — Baby Bloch, an adorable collection of pre-walker shoes. Soft, flexible, and engineered to bend with the curvature of the foot, Bloch's comfortable shoes come in a wide range of colorful leather and often feature cute details such as bows and ruffles. In recent years Bloch has collaborated with designer Jozette Hazzouri on a line of chic Italian-made high heels and sandals — the perfect union of form and function.
