Briati founder Sylvia Heiden was born to be a jewelry designer. Hailing from Antwerp, Belgium, one of the world’s top cities for diamond trading, Heiden comes from a long line of jewelers and studied design at New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology — eventually making the Big Apple her home. Launched in 2006, Briati features an adorable and quite diverse collection of jewelry for kids, including colorful enamel earrings and dainty charm necklaces as well as engravable baby bracelets and pearls. There’s even a personalized silver pacifier holder for bling-loving babies. Briati’s genuine 14-karat gold studs — shaped like little ladybugs, hearts, stars, and other cute designs — are made for kids but are equally likely to appeal to Moms.

One cool way to make your kids stand out: Adorn them with one of Amelia Rose’s beautiful initial charm necklaces. Each features a bold letter embossed in gold on a dainty matching chain, and all the letters of the alphabet are represented, so whether you’ve got an Ava or a Zahara, you’re good to go.
