Based in rainy Seattle, Chooka aims to add zip and color to the "once-tame" arena of rain boots. The brand regards the waterproof rain boot (or more compact rain shoe, if you prefer) as a surface meant for creative expression — think animal prints, polka dots, lace patterns, even abstract art. In addition to standard wellies, Chooka designs chic ankle booties, super-cute duck skimmer flats, lace-up boots, and boots for kids.
