About Corkcicle

Forget ice buckets or unwieldy wine sleeves; the Corkcicle, an utterly innovative plastic "icicle," chills wine from the inside. Bring one of these wine chillers (along with a bottle) to parties as a perfect host gift, and keep some on-hand at home -- the Corkcicle keeps white wines perfectly chilled and cools reds to room temperature. Inventor, founder and wine lover Ben Hewitt tinkered in his garage until he found the perfect wine chilling solution, and in 2010 the Corkcicle was unleashed upon the world, which greeted it with open arms. There’s now a Corkcicle for beer, too, if hops are more your thing: the Chillsner, a smaller version of the wine-sized model, has to be seen to be believed. If you don't believe us, consider this: Oprah picked the Corkcicle as one of her favorite things in 2012!
