Coye Nokes
The New York-based founder and creative director of high-end footwear line Coye Nokes wanted to create women’s shoes that could transition from office to nightclub with grace and ease. In 2009, Coye Nokes launched her eponymous company, debuting a line of shoes that were handmade by Italian artisans. “Feminine with a modern edge” is the brand’s aesthetic, and Coye Nokes is also dedicated to supporting women both through confidence-enhancing footwear and through a partnership with charitable organizations such as Dress for Success and I Heart My Girlfriends.
