Based in the seaside city of Freeport, Maine since its founding in 1955, this family-owned company draws from its home state’s long-standing tradition of hand-sewn footwear to produce a full line of trend-transcending men's and women's sandals, camp moccasins, boat shoes, suede ankle boots, chukka boots, and more. Adopted by camping enthusiasts, urban prep revivalists, and every type of person in between, Eastland's shoes come with cushioned insoles and flexible outsoles — a testament to their versatility and comfort. Cofounded by Jonas B. Klein, Eastland is currently helmed by his son Jim Klein and grandsons Jordan and Joshua.
