Eileen Fisher
Illinois native Eileen Fisher moved to New York in 1973 and worked as an interior designer and graphic artist before launching her own company in 1984 with just $350. Known for elegant simplicity that can be worn by everywoman, Fisher is also famous for using non-traditional models in some of her campaigns, including her own employees. Today, Eileen Fisher is a multi-million dollar company that has more than 800 employees, more than 56 retail stores, and operates in more than 15 states.
