Enrico Products traces its roots to Italy, where founder Jim Ratti’s grandfather Enrico constructed his first hard-cheese grater. When the elder Ratti moved to America, he brought along his passion for woodworking and respect for the time-honored tools of an Italian kitchen. Sharing those loves, the younger Ratti modernized his grandfather’s designs, first producing a line of graters and then expanding into all sorts of implements for casual dining. The pieces—all artisan-crafted from beautiful, often sustainable hardwoods—include bark-accented bowls and garlic and lemon presses handmade from salvaged Asian teak.
