After running several successful baby boutiques in Manhattan, Joe and Sude Peta launched Feather Baby, their own sumptuous line of organic infant clothing, in 2005 — the same year their triplets were born. Now based in Decatur, Georgia, Feather Baby designs mix-and-match layette sets, ruffled dresses, rompers and other baby clothes made from fair-trade Supima cotton dyed hazy hues like periwinkle blue and washed-out pink. Feather Baby’s luxe little outfits fit babies ages three to 24 months.
