Felix Rey founders Lily Rafii and Sulaika Zarrouk named their accessories brand after the doctor who stitched up the remainder of Vincent Van Gogh's left ear. But rest assured: There's nothing macabre about the pair's playful bag, umbrella, and hat collection.
