Since 2000, Kathryn Ferran Kayajan has combined her background as an architectural and graphic designer to create bedding collections for Ferran-New York. All are inspired by memories of her world travels—everything from the sea and sand of the Caribbean to the elegant patterns produced by Persian weavers. Each collection is hand-screened and includes sheeting made with 320-thread-count long-staple Egyptian cotton as well as European linen. Pillows come with embroidered details and decorative flourishes like pleated ribbon and solid welt trim.
