WHAT IT IS: Freshology is designed to provide you with an effective and nutritional plan to reach your weight-loss goals while enjoying an extraordinary dining experience delivered right to your door. A calorie-controlled daily plan (Female: 1200-1400; Male: 1800-2000) containing only the freshest ingredients, it aims to create a healthy balance of body and spirit while providing the benefit of looking good post pregnancy.

HOW IT WORKS: As a Freshology client, you will receive a FedEx delivery twice weekly to provide you with your week's allotment of food. The 20-day program is delivered for 5 days a week.

YOUR BOX CONTAINS: Chef-developed, hand-crafted meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. They are ready to eat and can be heated in the microwave and have color-coded menus to help organize consumption throughout the day. You will not need to supplement with any additional snacks or produce during the day. The meals are not frozen, shrink-wrapped, pre-packaged, dehydrated, processed and contain neither preservatives nor artificial sweeteners.

MEAL PREPARATION: These include a menu with the description of the meals, simple heating instructions and directions if the meal should be served chilled or heated. Any substitutions will be noted on labels placed on the side of your individual meal containers.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Although this program allows limited protein customizations, Freshology may accommodate the following allergies: shellfish, tree nut allergies and main protein dislikes (chicken, beef, pork and fish). Please note, vegetarian programs must include seafood and soy on the menu. You may make changes to your delivery schedule with 7 business daysnotice.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW: This will be emailed to you as an electronic voucher within 24 hours of purchase. Meal Plan must be for the 20 Day GetSlim Gold Plan, or you will be charged an additional fee. The meals will then be sent to your door as outlined above.
