George and his team fish off of the Florida coast everyday and sustainably catch 3,000 to 5,000 pounds of stone crabs. These large claws make a great entrée and you’ll get about 4-5 claws per pound. George recommends about 1½ pounds of cooked claws per person for dinner (and less if you’re serving these as an appetizer).
Here’s what you get:
