In fact, Indonesian-based GuildMaster so thoroughly replicates the look of local artisanal pieces, that many of its furnishings could be mistaken for age-old flea market finds. Head designer Michael Sandel employs roughly 400 craftspeople to make intricately carved cabinetry, exotic table lamps, and elegant wall art. Only quality materials are used in each piece, including solid mahogany, finished with old-world patinas and richly detailed accents and trimmings.
