Hart Schaffner Marx
If looking presidential is your sartorial goal, look no further than Hart Schaffner & Marx. Based in Chicago, this iconic men’s clothing label outfitted President Barack Obama — an unabashed fan — for his 2008 acceptance speech and 2009 inaugural address. Founded in 1887 by brothers Harry and Max Hart (the Schaffner and Marx represent family members who joined the company later on), HSM made its name by designing tailored suits for men with unique body types. Today the company offers everything from sportswear, dress shirts and pants, blazers, and “gold trumpeter” wool tuxedos to eyewear and accessories. Part of the HMX Group, Hart Schaffner & Marx belongs to a family of brands that includes Hickey Freeman and Misook.

The Art of the Black Suit
The trick to making sure you avoid looking like a maître d’ when wearing a black suit is to incorporate color where you can. Whether it’s in patterned neckwear, dress shirts in subtle hues, or printed pocket squares (all of which are available here), you’ll be sure to nail the look this season.
Final Few
Once in a while, we wind up with some great items that haven't found their way to a good home (read: yours). It’s tragic, we know. But there’s a silver lining — we've put all our stylish leftovers in one place for easy browsing (and picking). We’ve only got a few of each item in stock, so move fast before we run out.
