Apricots from the Mr. Ararat Valley, ripened by the sun and watered from trickling springs, are hand-plucked and immediately brought to Harvest Song’s nearby cannery where they’re simmered in small batches with just brown sugar and a hint of lemon juice. Put a dollop of this National Association for the Specialty Food Trade award-winner on yogurt in the morning or slather some on a salty chunk of Parmigiano-Reggiano and you’ll never go back to conventional preserves again.
