Sometimes wine is a heartbreaker—she loves you and leaves you wanting more. Our Tasting Panel was broken up over this bottle, a gorgeous example of a Lamborn family Cabernet Sauvignon from the exceptional 2007 vintage. Opulent fruit was complemented by “dusty, earthy tannins, notes of roasted coffee and great structure,” proclaimed Laura Maniec, Sommelier and Gilt Taste blind tasting panelist. This bottle is beautiful now, but will continue to age gracefully for another decade.
