Artist bio: Lia Porto is an Argentinean visual artist. She was born in Patagonia and currently lives and works in Buenos Aires. Her work refers to the natural world but always as a kind of fiction. The creation of her narrative moves between what is artificial and organic at the same time. She has exhibited her work widely in Argentina, and also in NY and UK and her artworks are part of private collections in Argentina, US, Germany, Switzerland and Slovenia. This year she has been featured by The New Collectors Book 2014.
