Brand: Ike Behar

Origin: United States

For almost his entire life, men's clothing designer Ike Behar has pursued a simple, dignified dream: to produce the highest-quality dress shirts imaginable. An innovator and a traditionalist in equal measure, Behar has not only perfected his craft but also patented his own shirt-making techniques (the diamond-quilted collar, for example) and applied his skills to men's suiting, silk ties, sport coats, handkerchiefs, and boys’ clothing. Now run by Behar’s three sons, the Ike Behar label has become widely renowned for its slim-fitting men’s suits and tuxedos made from Italian and Japanese wool and other luxe fabrics. Behar’s classic two-pieces feature herringbone, pinstripe, microdot and jaunty plaid designs, meticulous tailoring, and exquisite finishing touches such as pearled buttons. Admired by other powerhouse designers such as Ralph Lauren — for whom Behar made shirts for more than a decade — these fine garments will take your formal-attire game to the next level.
