Joomi Lim’s edgy costume jewelry is a beautiful blend of naughty and nice. This former makeup artist’s first foray into fashion was with Joomi Joolz, her line of bedazzled T-shirts that she sold in 2004. In January 2008, she launched JoomiNYC, with a focus on striking necklaces, earrings and bracelets, in addition to luxe headbands and bridal hair accessories.
