Laura O’Brien’s jams, sauces, spices, chutneys and baked goods are all made with fruits and vegetables at the peak of ripeness; she works with small family farms and foragers from Long Island and upstate New York to select the tastiest seasonal and sustainable produce for her preserves. Cooked by hand in small batches, with a pinch of organic sugar in each jar, Josephine’s Feast extracts a host of vivid flavors from a bounty of delicious produce.
