Despite its French-sounding name, LeSportsac is all-American — from its New York City street address to its practical, sporty aesthetic. Founded in 1974, this accessories company has made its name designing chic, washable nylon luggage, totes, duffel and weekender bags, and purses. Through its Artist in Residence series, LeSportsac lets an emerging talent create fabric designs for an exclusive line of bags; its Classic and Designer Collections have featured the designs of fashion icons such as Diane von Furstenberg, tokidoki, and Stella McCartney.
