Lutz & Patmos' chic and effortless designs fuse modernity with tradition. Tina Lutz and Marcia Patmos launched their eponymous luxury label Lutz & Patmos in September 2000 after Lutz graduated from Esmond in Paris and Patmos attended the Rhode Island School of Design. The collection is known for high-end staples like sweaters, knits and accessories created from the highest-quality cashmere, yarn and other luxury fabrics. Lutz & Patmos has been featured in top fashion magazines Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar in addition to being favored by taste-making women like Liv Tyler, Sofia Coppola, Jane Birkin, Christy Turlington and Carine Roitfeld.
