Mountain Boy Sledworks’ gorgeous heirloom wooden sleds, toboggans and wagons are made by woodworker and self-proclaimed sledding fanatic Brice Hoskin. He founded Mountain Boy in 2002 in the Colorado mountain town of Crested Butte, where sledding is more than a fun wintertime activity – it’s a way of life. Mountain Boy’s steerable slalom flyer sleds, kicksleds, convertible pull sleds and mountain boggans are handcrafted out of fast-growing sustainable hardwoods like birch, willow and maple.
