Nice Collective
A chance encounter on a San Francisco dance floor in 1995 produced Nice Collective, the celebrity-adored, mostly-for-men clothing label founded by self-taught fashion designers Joe Haller and Ian Hannula. Officially launched in 1997, Nice Collective captures the sophisticated cool of contemporary streetwear in premium materials such as high-grade, cotton/Lycra fine-line twill and lightweight lambskin leather. From its black carbon combat boots (handmade in Pennsylvania by America’s oldest combat boot manufacturer) and bomber jacket to its slim-fitting, flat-front cotton pants, Nice Collective’s clothes and accessories effortlessly blend classic military silhouettes and rock star edge. Speaking of rockers: Nice Collective has dressed everyone from Smashing Pumpkins to Coldplay in its chic wares, which have also found fans in Brad Pitt and Robert Pattinson.
