Design collectives do a lot of different things: make films, shoot photographs, turn dilapidated vans into art projects, produce whimsical lines of artist-designed socks. Or, in the case of internationally based collective Office Wiederholt, all of the above. OW Socks are the end result of that last point, though. Made in Japan and designed by artists from around the world, they’re a bold, not-too-serious alternative to going barefoot.
