Sausage Fest

By using heritage Hampshire hogs sourced from Iowa, these sausages taste like a pork sausage should. The rich shoulder meat from these hefty black pigs is flavored with fennel seeds, ground fennel and paprika and stuffed into all-natural casings. Just a touch of sharp domestic provolone is added to the parsley sausage and the sweeter breakfast sausage is mellowed with milk powder.
