The Berenstain Bears' Dollars and Sense
Brother and Sister Bear know some things about money. They know that money can be used to buy things like baseball cards, ice cream, candy, and balloons. What they don't know is how to manage their allowances.
The Berenstain Bears and the Real Easter Eggs
Sister Bear sure likes to celebrate holidays. With Thanksgiving, you get turkey and all the trimmings. Christmastime brings presents galore. And Valentine's Day-well, who wouldn't like to receive 23 valentines? Especially when some of them are sealed with a kiss! With visions of chocolate bunnies and jellybeans dancing in her head, it's no wonder why Sister can't wait for Easter and the Giant Beartown Easter Egg Hunt. Mama Bear worries though. Is the true meaning of Easter getting lost in the hunt? Or will the miracle of spring help Sister Bear find a whole new appreciation for the season?
The Berenstain Bears and the Excuse Note
As far as Sister Bear is concerned, there's a whole lot to like about school-her classmates, her teacher, and even the schoolwork. If it weren't for gym class, things would be perfect. All those jumping jacks and deep knee bends make Sister hot, sweaty, and sore. But when a slight twist of fate gives her the chance to sit on the sidelines, will Sister stretch the truth instead of her arms?
The Berenstain Bears and Baby Makes Five
What fun! What excitement! What a nuisance. At least that's the way Sister Bear feels. If it isn't being fed, burped, or diapered, it's being dandled, cuddled, or kitchy-kitchy-kooed. Yes, Sister's pretty fed up with the fuss everyone's making over the new baby.
The Berenstain Bears' Report Card Trouble
It's report card day at Bear County School - a day Brother Bear has been dreading. He's received horrible marks in all of his classes, except gym. If only his grades were based on how many strike-outs he's pitched or soccer balls he's stopped and not on fractions and vocabulary.
The Berenstain Bears and the Big Blooper
Sister Bear is over at Lizzy Bruin's house watching Trouble at Big Bear High--a big-cubs' video that they probably shouldn't even be looking at--in which two teen bears are having an argument. When one of them gets really really angry, he says a certain word. It's a word Sister has never heard before.
