About Scott Kay

When it comes to designing jewelry, Scott Kay follows a simple philosophy: “Never compromise.” Since launching his brand in 1984, Kay has become one of the top jewelers in the U.S. — praised by critics and the industry alike for his exquisite engagement rings and bridal jewelry, women’s bracelets and earrings, handcrafted men’s cufflinks, and many other sparkling creations. Set in sterling silver, Scott Kay’s classically understated teardrop pendants, filigree rings, drop earrings and other pieces feature glittering diamonds, white sapphires and blue chalcedony — an elegant juxtaposition of soothing bluish and white hues. Aside from exploring silver’s beauty, Kay is one of the world’s most vocal advocates of palladium. He's also developed SK Cobalt — a series of cobalt wedding rings created from BioBlu 27, a lustrous, hypoallergenic metal super-alloy that undergoes a rigorous purification process.
