The focus of emerging clothing line Shae is the sweater. Shae’s contemporary cardigans, pullovers, raglans, and other tops come in a variety of cashmere and cotton weaves and feature bold colorblocking, soft mesh sleeves, and other details. Launched in 2012, Shae and its Shae Cashmere collection belong to the Hui family, who have been perfecting sweaters and other knitwear since the 1980s. With creative director Tony Smith (Isaac Mizrahi, Billy Reid) at the helm, the label has already won over the fashion press with its fashion-forward and ultra-feminine sweaters, ribbed tank dresses, and silk blouses.
