A former model, Brazilian-born designer Sheila Fajl established her artisan-made jewelry collection in 2004 and soon attracted a Hollywood following that includes Eva Mendes, Kate Hudson, and Selma Hayek. Fajl’s uncluttered baubles don't need a red carpet to achieve maximum impact, however.
