About Vanessa Noel

Vanessa Noel isn’t just a footwear designer — she’s an artist. A native New Yorker with a background in architecture, Noel has created haute couture shoes and boots that have appeared in museums from Boston to Bonn, Germany. Noel’s handmade color-block booties, cage-style knee-high boots, exquisite kitten-heel bridal pumps, and other creations feature top-notch materials and are designed to transcend trends. In recent years Noel has made the leap from shoes to luxurious, pure cashmere scarves. Each shawl is dyed to match the beautiful color palette of the winter season. Noel uses only the finest fibers for her unique hand-spinning process, producing some of the plushest featherweight scarves in the world.
