As a back office developer, you will have access to control Kiva robots in our distribution centers, where you can see them whizzing around the floor, picking clothing bins and carrying them back to packing stations; see the VIDEO. We’re also responsible for getting our customers’ orders from the database to their doorstep. You’ll get to work on large-scale projects like a Sales Forecasting Tool, or bring new distribution centers online.
When we’re not making sure the distribution centers are rocking, we directly help our Customer Service, Merchandise, Finance, and Ops teams do their job faster and easier. There is an immediate and measurable impact on the daily workflow of the people around you. Satisfying yet terrifying. A lot of responsibility, but something we relish on a daily basis.
