Job Description:
An Art Director with a fashion background, strong organizational skills and amazing eye is needed to plan, lead and manage fashion and still life shoots on a daily basis. This position requires solid photo shoot (product and model) experience, ability to multitask and lead a team efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative preparation, art direction, organization of shoot
- Manage photo shoot crew
- Bring creative ideas to maintain Gilt’s homepage of editorial imagery and
freshness to the sale pages.
• Maintain Brand guidelines and Gilt image
• Liaise with Merchandise and Operations teams to ensure quality images and product
Skills:
• BA or equivalent in Graphic Design, Advertising or related subject
• 5+ years of experience in advertising with a focus on fashion
• Strong design background
• Strong communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of fashion photography and production processes
• Proficient in latest design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
