Director of Loyalty Marketing

Job Description:

Gilt Group is seeking a Director of Loyalty Marketing to develop programs that identify, retain and grow valuable customer segements.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Work closely with the research group to drive customer insights
  • Evaluate transactional and behavioral data to build a customer segmentation strategy
  • Develop program KPI’s and build annual targets (e.g., R/F scores)
  • Develop loyalty programs that delight and retain key customer segments
  • Analyze data analytics to identify opportunities for intervention with key customers
  • Develop positive ROI for key programs
  • Work with CRM team and technology group to identify and implement CRM systems (optimize)
  • Create loyalty, retention, advocacy and winback programs across multiple segments and multiple business units
  • Work with the merchandising team and marketing team to create specialized programs that drive customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus
  • 5-7 years of CRM, loyalty marketing experience
  • Ecommerce experience a must with a multi unit retailer
  • Experience with sophisticated CRM technology solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, modeling, forecasting, budgeting
  • Database management experience
  • Experience working with outside vendors, email, CRM, modeling, etc.
